Assistant Artistic Director

The ideal candidate would be someone who has a positive attitidude and wants to learn as they go.  

This position is responsible for assisting the Director in:

Organizing class programs

Organizing Events

Updating contracts and agreements

Running auditions, some classes and rehearsals

developing stratagies for recruitment and marketing, (working with the Creative Director and Marketing Influencer)

Help develop more programs and updating the existing programs when necessary

Create budgets

Back stage management dure events and shows

Other duties as asigned.

Experience Pregferred:

Prior stage management

Experience in theater, Modeling, and or dance is preferred but not required

Abililty to work with many diverse people 

Being able to fullfill different roles at a moments notice. 

Work well under pressure.

Board Member (2 Positions)

A Board member is someone who plays a critical role in making decisions that affect the organization. 

This person must be able to fullfill the following requirements:

must be present at all board meeting

help with decision making on fundraisers, events

Help with program development

Help with any updating of organizations policies, contracts agreement

Help with design of budgets when necessary

Other duties assigned

Must be able to comit to the position for at least six (6) months. 

Board roles will be voted on and are based on specifc needs and experince. 

Board members are a volunteer position.
